Be You is SunshineFLO's youth-centered programming space for self-expression, confidence, connection, and personal growth. We create opportunities for young people to explore their strengths, build relationships, reflect on their experiences, and imagine what's possible for themselves.

We believe youth programming should be engaging, welcoming, and responsive to the people participating. Be You is designed to create room for different personalities, backgrounds, interests, and learning styles. Activities can be adapted to participant needs and program goals. We emphasize respect, choice, encouragement, and opportunities to participate without pressure to disclose personal experiences.
Growing together
SunshineFLO also envisions mentorship experiences for girls and young people at different developmental stages, including the Rooted and Rising / Bloom and Becoming concept. Specific cohorts, ages, schedules, locations, and enrollment opportunities will be announced as programming becomes available.
